Privacy notice
Your information.
How we handle website enquiries and information about your visit.
Updated 29 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Ignite AI Partners Limited is responsible for the information described here. Contact neil@igniteaipartners.com or write to Fulford House, Newbold Terrace, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire CV32 4EA.
When you contact us
We use your name, email address, organisation, selected topic and message to respond and assess a potential engagement. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and managing business relationships. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you personally, the relevant basis may be those pre-contractual steps. If you do not provide contact details, we may be unable to respond. Please avoid sending sensitive or confidential information through the form.
Website enquiries are emailed directly to Neil. Relevant colleagues may join a discussion where needed. A conversation request is not a confirmed appointment. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated processing of your enquiry.
Providers and records
GoDaddy hosts our WordPress website and processes the information needed to operate and secure it. Microsoft 365 handles our business email. Our form does not create a separate WordPress enquiry database. Your message remains in the email and business records needed to manage the discussion. Relevant details may be added to our client relationship records during follow-up. We may also share information with professional advisers or where the law requires it. We do not sell your enquiry information.
We retain information for as long as needed to respond, manage an active commercial relationship, or meet legal and record-keeping obligations. The status of the discussion, the work undertaken and any need to retain a record for a legal obligation or dispute determine that period. Contact Neil about the information we hold or a deletion request.
Website operation and cookies
This website does not load advertising pixels, session replay, analytics trackers or embedded booking services. Hosting and security services may record technical information such as your IP address, requested pages and the time of a request. Essential cookies may support hosting or authorised WordPress administration. A short-lived keyed identifier helps limit repeated form submissions; the form does not retain your IP address in that identifier. We do not use it to build a visitor profile.
International processing
Our providers operate internationally and information may be processed outside the UK, including in Europe or the United States. Their data protection terms describe the transfer arrangements and safeguards, including contractual transfer mechanisms where required. You can read GoDaddy’s data processing terms and Microsoft’s data protection terms. Contact Neil to request further information about the arrangements relevant to your information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact Neil using the details above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when the way we handle information changes. Any optional tracking or booking service introduced later will be explained before it is used.
