AI training

Make sense of AI.
Put it to work.

Practical, interactive AI workshops that help people understand the possibilities, ask questions and feel more confident using AI at work.

Let’s talk about your team

What could I use this for?How do I know I can trust it?Can we try that together?Ask. Explore. Have a go.

Start with your people

Different starting points.
One shared understanding.

Some people are already experimenting. Others are curious, cautious or wondering what all the fuss is about.

We make room for those different perspectives. Leaders, managers and the people doing the day-to-day work can build a clearer understanding of AI and where it could help.

Retail is our specialism, but these are questions people face in businesses of every size and across many sectors.

What a workshop feels like

Questions welcome. Sleeves rolled up.

A conversation about your work

We begin with your team’s knowledge, current use, concerns and priorities. A short survey helps us shape the examples.

See it. Try it. Talk it through.

Live demonstrations, discussion and hands-on exercises make the ideas tangible. We look at how changing a prompt changes the answer.

Clear boundaries and next steps

People learn what to check, what information to protect and how to take their learning back into everyday work.

Make it relevant

What could your team practise?

We tailor examples to the work people actually do. These are illustrative exercises, rather than client examples.

Make a long document easier to work with

Practise asking for a summary, key questions and references back to the source. Compare the answer with the original and look for anything missed or unsupported. Use material approved for the tool.

Get a useful first draft

Explore how context, audience and a clear request change an email or document draft. Keep judgement, factual checks and final approval with the person using it.

Ask better questions of information

Use an approved sample or synthetic dataset to explore patterns and follow-up questions. Check calculations and assumptions rather than accepting a confident-looking answer.

What people take away

A clearer head. A more useful starting point.

  • A shared understanding of what AI can and can’t do
  • More confidence asking useful questions and writing prompts
  • Practical ways to think about accuracy, privacy and safe use
  • Ideas relevant to their role, plus learning resources and next steps

We cover common AI tools and how to think about choosing them. The emphasis is on using AI thoughtfully in your business, rather than learning a list of product features.

We agree the audience, format, timing and scope with you. The programme we recently delivered used tailored, in-person workshops across different teams.

A few things you might be wondering

Before we get together.

Do people need to know anything about AI first?

No. We find out where people are starting from and shape the session around the group. There is room for both first questions and more experienced perspectives.

Can you make it relevant to our business?

Yes. We discuss your priorities and roles beforehand, then choose practical examples and exercises to suit. The tools and data used in exercises are agreed as part of preparation.

Is training only for retailers or larger businesses?

No. We work with teams across sectors. We agree a scope that makes sense for your people and what you want to achieve.

Can you help us put the learning into practice?

Yes. We can discuss follow-up support, role-specific examples, safe-use guidance or help with a practical improvement. Any additional work is agreed separately.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the audience, preparation and scope. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll discuss an approach and cost before you commit.
