Inconsistent records and spreadsheet-based checks made it difficult to trust operational information. Manual review constrained the team and created reliance on individual knowledge.

Ignite assessed the data landscape and designed reconciliation capabilities that integrated with existing workflows. Cloud-based AI supported classification, summarisation and validation, with people retained in the review process.
The work also addressed reporting, data ownership, escalation and knowledge transfer so the capability could sit within an operating process.
Delivery and next stage

The engagement progressed from assessment into implemented reconciliation workflows. It demonstrates integration and human-controlled exception handling, rather than an isolated demonstration.
The implemented workflow increased the team’s capacity while keeping people involved in review and exception handling. Further governance and roadmap work followed as a separate next stage.
