Yesterday, the Ignite AI Partners team came together in London for our end-of-year face-to-face meeting and Christmas social; a day filled with alignment, collaboration, and plenty of laughter (and ping pong).
The day opened with coffee, pastries and warm catch-ups before Craig and Neil welcomed the team and set the tone for what became one of our most energising sessions of the year.
A Look Back at an Incredible Year
The morning was all about one thing: how we keep showing up for our clients in the best possible way.
Craig and Neil talked through the themes that have shaped our year:
- Helping clients untangle the everyday headaches that slow them down, whether that’s messy data, manual processes or tech that isn’t pulling its weight
- Making sure our work lands well every time, so whoever we’re supporting, in retail, or consumer services, gets a smooth, reliable experience
- Staying plugged into what’s happening across the AI world, so clients don’t have to sift through noise and hype to understand what actually matters
- Building the right skills, tools and ways of working so we can take on bigger, more interesting challenges for the people who rely on us
We also took a moment to look back at what we’ve helped clients achieve this year, things like freeing up their teams’ time, making information easier to find, reducing the stress around reporting or planning, and giving leaders clearer views of what’s really going on in their business.
As we start supporting organisations in new regions, the priority stays exactly the same: helping clients use AI in ways that feel practical, grounded and genuinely useful.
Ping Pong, Friendly Rivalry & Plenty of Laughs
After the strategy sessions, we walked over to Bounce Old Street for an afternoon of games, food and fun.
The team split into two groups – We Are Shite and Ping Pong Masters – battling it out over three matches of five rounds each. It was competitive, loud and full of energy… and ultimately, Ping Pong Masters took the win.
Pizzas, festive bites, and drinks kept the spirits high as the celebrations continued.
Dinner, Stories & A Great End to the Day
We wrapped up the day at ROKA Canary Wharf, sharing stories, laughs and reflections from an incredible year. For many, it was a rare chance to connect in person, strengthen relationships and recognise the collective effort behind every client success.
The evening ended with drinks and a relaxed close to what was truly a standout day for the company.
Looking Ahead
As we wrapped up the day, one thing was obvious: the team is excited, motivated, and ready for what’s next.
Heading into the new year, our focus stays simple:
- helping clients make sense of AI without the noise or confusion
- working with teams to fix the day-to-day things that make their jobs harder than they should be
- trying out new ideas and tech on their behalf, so they don’t have to figure it all out alone
- getting even better at solving the tricky problems they deal with behind the scenes
- and keeping that open, collaborative way of working that clients tell us they appreciate
2026 is looking busy (in a good way), and we’re genuinely excited for the organisations we’ll be supporting.
